Probiotics are a must do every day . . .because we assault our microbiome on a daily basis- with the polluted air that we breath – the tainted water we drink – the GMO foods we eat . . there is no escaping . . so taking a Probiotic daily is a must!
And taking a different Probiotic every week so we don’t build up the same family of microbiota – we need to maintain a balance or homeostasis.
